Saoirse is a certified L3 NASM Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine, USA) is an internationally recognised PT certification adhering to scientifically-backed programs and practices.

Saoirse is from Oxford, but spent her career to date in London working in Finance and Strategy Consulting. She now lives on Saadiyat with her husband and daughter, is a personal trainer for private clients as well a holds a variety of workout classes. Saoirse also runs the Saadiyat Mums group, loves to travel and explore Abu Dhabi.
